Fifteen years inside the building industry make one gap hard to miss. A project can be well built, well designed and well marketed, and still stall — because the capital behind it was never structured, or because the people who would have funded it never met the people building it.

NAMA SHAHR is the arm of the group that takes that half of the conversation. It runs in partnership with the Omid investment group and is deliberately advisory rather than transactional: specialised branding counsel and economic counsel, the mapping of investment opportunities, the introduction of investors to the projects that actually fit them, and the sourcing of project finance.
